Satchel's is a centrally located independently owned, family operated, non-corporate restaurant. We cook for our guest and we cook for ourselves. Our menu changes often and is anchored by neighborhood classics. Upscale/Casual come as you are provides the space for guest to enjoy themselves in our high energy restaurant. We are looking for the right fit/personality to join our dedicated team. Ideally that person would have at least 2 years of professional kitchen experience with a friendly, positive attitude and the ability to prep, set up and successfully work all stations. This is a true hard working kitchen, 10 years in its current location. We don't like backing down to challenges and need a team member with passion, drive, and determination.
